The electronic complaints book is available for use from July 1st, 2019. This is a digital platform on which consumers and users are allowed to submit requests of information and complaints.
In addition to the means already available (e-mail, letter, which form is available on the Consumer Portal, oh physical complaints book), ASF has now one more mean to complain about the insurance, pension fund management companies and insurance intermediaries performance. A complain can be submitted whenever is believed that any of these institutions have not acted correctly in the making of their products and services.
