Determined to ensure continuous qualification and improvement of the services provided by the Portuguese Motor Guarantee Fund (MGF) to users, the Insurance and Pension Funds Supervisory Authority decided to implement a Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with standard NP EN ISO 9001:2008.
The MGF QMS is certified since 2004 by APCER – The Portuguese Association for Certification and the IQNET - The International Certification Network.
That recognition is also an indication that the MGF is committed to achieving its mission by applying the principles of justice and truth, high competence with speedy and uniform procedures in compliance with law and internal regulations.
We greatly value and pay special attention to the opinion and the requirements of users and therefore, satisfaction surveys data are analyzed each month (over all the cases completed the previous month), for the purpose of collecting suggestions for improvement and measuring user satisfaction.
In 2014 the average degree of satisfaction obtained was 4 (on a 1 to 5 scale) and user initial expectations were met in 87% of cases.
